Fogger for Quantal

Would it be too late to consider a small addition to the Quantal
archive? Owais Lone made a neat little app, Fogger, that generates
WebKit wrappers to turn any web page into a desktop app with (securely
locked-down) integration to the launcher and menus.
The ARB reviewed and approved Fogger for Precise (just published last
week), but I'd personally love to see it in Quantal. Publishing it
through Debian doesn't make sense in this case, since it's strictly
about Unity integration. If this is cutting it too close for
FeatureFreeze, we can publish Fogger in Extras again for Quantal.
(We do have a rule against Extras packages that depend on other Extras
packages, so keeping Fogger in Extras for Quantal would mean the ARB
will maintain one "umbrella" package for Fogger together with any HTML5
apps we approve that were generated with Fogger. That's not really a big
deal, though, we use a similar strategy for Lenses and Scopes in Extras.)
