In 11.10 I had to upload a snapshot of 0.5a1+r2707-1 from svn. Now for
Precise we should sync against the actual Debian testing package. This
will require a fakesync:
$ syncpackage --force --no-lp --simulate -d wheezy -r precise python-peak.rules
syncpackage: Source package python-peak.rules is blacklisted.
syncpackage: Blacklist Comments:
syncpackage: python-peak.rules 0.5a1+r2707-1 in wheezy (python-
syncpackage: peak.rules_0.5a1+r2707.orig.tar.gz already exists in destination
syncpackage: archive with different contents.) -- janitor

Please remove the blacklist and/or sync from Debian. Thanks!
