[Bug 879708] [NEW] Remove blacklist and fakesync 0.5a1+r2707-1

In 11.10 I had to upload a snapshot of 0.5a1+r2707-1 from svn.  Now for
Precise we should sync against the actual Debian testing package.  This
will require a fakesync:

$ syncpackage --force --no-lp --simulate -d wheezy -r precise python-peak.rules
