Please sync atk1.0 1.26.0-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu changes addressed an FTBFS for jaunty, which are also addressed in Debian. Debian's upstream version is also in line with Ubuntu's version of the package.
