I have setup multiseat configuration using following blogpost:

The setup uses Xephyr for separation of the virtually big Xorg xscreen.
Unfortunately Xephyr does not support OpenGL. I have read somewhere that
xserver-xgl does have such functionality. As it is no more available in
Jaunty, what other XServer can be used, so that multiseat users would
have OpenGL?
