Please sync nsd 2.3.7-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Bugfix only, no FFe needed.

nsd (2.3.7-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Don't chown database file to nsd_user before reload and start.
  * Build database file as nsd_user instead. (Closes: #513717)
  * Acknowledge NMU.
