Please sync apticron 1.1.28 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

This is a bugfix-only release, no FFe needed because there isn't any new
feature.

apticron (1.1.28) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/postinst:
    + avoid read error when it receives a null value from grep on creating the
      cronjob file. Thanks to Patrick Schoenfeld. (Closes: #514780)
