[Bug 333596] [NEW] Please remove disk-manager: dead upstream, buggy

disk-manager has one of the most duplicated Ubuntu crash reports, bug
255658 (with 66 duplicates), which has been open for 6 months with no
action taken.  According to the bug comments the developer was contacted
and there has been no response.  Additionally, the bug has been opened
upstream in Launchpad.  Furthermore, looking at
https://code.edge.launchpad.net/disk-manager/ the code was last modified
nearly 2 years ago.  Due to the buggyness of the software and lack of
response I propose removing it from the archive.
