Rejecting squeak

Can you please ask upstream about which license applies to what, and
either roll a new tarball or at least put that statement to somewhere?

Maybe in terms of distribution, but not in terms of modification. PS
(unless written manually) and PDF are no formats suitable for
modification at all. Also, modifying generated files would bring them
out of sync with the master LaTeX document and thus would get
overwritten.

This is precisely what the preferred form of modification clause wants
to achieve.

Unless the LaTeX source is available from anywhere and thus can be
included into the orig.tar.gz, the fallback option is to remove those
documents from the tarball altogether. Judging by the name, it is not
terribly interesting for users of the package anyway?

Right. I wasn't saying that we shouldn't get them in, but that we
should aim to correct them.
