  * Merge from Debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - Add export SHELL=/bin/bash in debian/rules.
    - Update maintainer in field debian/control.

The only significant change was adding export SHELL=/bin/bash to
debian/rules. This change has been added upstream in Debian. We can drop
the other Ubuntu change, updating the maintainer field. This allows us
to safely sync this package.
