  * Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - Exceptions are now built-in in python.
    - debian/control: Modify Maintainer value to match
      DebianMaintainerField spec.

The only significant change was modifying the exceptions. This change
has been added upstream. This can be seen by this changelog entry:

svnmailer (1.0.8-9) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Use standard python lookup error (Closes: #482919)
  * Bump standard version
  * Switch to dh 5
  * Fix configuration paths in manpage (Closes: #471075)
  * Fix documentatin path in manpage (Closes: #422252)

We can safely drop the other Ubuntu change, modifying the maintainer
value, in order to perform a sync.
