Please sync gnome-art 0.2-11 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).


Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The patches added to ubuntu in 0.2-8ubuntu2 were synced to debian in version 0.2-9.
The versioned dependency on ruby was dropped in debian, so our workaround for bug 188524 is not necessary anymore.
The whitespace fixes in patch 04_patch_gtk_save_dialog.diff were synced in debian.

Everything else results from several new patches/updates from debian,
see changelog below.

gnome-art (0.2-9) unstable; urgency=low

  * 23_add-user-agent.diff_480498.diff: add a User-Agent, thanks Emmanuel
    Bouthenot for the help. (Closes: #480498)
  * Depend on unversioned ruby. (Closes: #463485)
  * Remove watch file, as Upstream is dead. (Closes: #449662)
  * gnome-art recommends gnome-splashscreen but does not depend on it.

  * Import patches from Ubuntu:
     + 20_use-gnome-appearance-properties.diff: use
       gnome-appearance-properties instead of gnome-theme-manager
     + 21_fix-xml-output.patch: fix lost configuration options
     + 22_more-infos-when-deleting-activated-splash.patch: warn the user
       when trying to remove an active splash screen from the list
