rejecting thunar-svn-plugin

Hi Jonathon
There is a provision in the LGPL license that allows it to be licensed under
the GPL. This requires that the headers of the source files licensed under
LGPL to be replaced with the GPL headers. However, in the past the archive
admins have allowed this to pass without the headers being replaced. Since
we don't use the LGPL code anyhow, I could remove the files. :)
Thank you,
