rejecting vdr-plugin-weatherng

I'm rejecting vdr-plugin-weatherng, the icons do not seem to be
distributable by us. "content that is provided free of charge and is
not connected to a commercial software product" likely does not cover
us.  "You may not, however, bundle these images in any way with any
software product without Stardock's express permission." certainly
doesn't.
