kopete-otr rejected

Hi,

I've just rejected your kopete-otr upload due to the following
problems:

- It ships LGPL-licenced files without shipping a copy of the LGPL in
  the orig.tar.gz

- It ships GFDL-ed documentation without shipping a full copy of the
  GFDL. 

Please correct those problems and upload again.
