kde3-theme-domino rejected

Hi,

I have just rejected your package kde3-theme-domino due to a couple of
problems:

- Some of the files are LGPL-ed, but there is no copy of the LGPL in
  the orig.tar.gz.

- The licence for the files in client/*.{h,cpp} is not clear.  Also,
  if they are GPL or LGPL, client/clientData.h does not look like a
  source file so the preferred form of modification and any build
  scripts to convert it to the .h form should be provided.
