extract-xiso rejected

Hi,

I have just rejected your extract-xiso upload.  It has some problems:

- debian/copyright just talks about the slightly modified BSD licence, 
not the licence for libftp.

- libftp has no real licence, it only says "designed for non-commercial 
software creation" which doesn't even give the right of redistribution, 
so software using it is utterly undistributable and can't even go to 
multiverse.

Please get those problems fixed and reupload your package.
