tracker rejected

Hi,

I have just rejected your tracker upload.  debian/copyright claims the 
entire source is under the GPL, while libstemmer seems to be under a 
MIT/X11 licence.  SQLite seems to be public domain.

src/trackerd/xdgmime* is under the Academic Free Licence or LGPL, while 
there is no copy of the LGPL or the Academic Free Licence in the 
orig.tar.gz.

src/trackerd/linux-inotify-syscalls.h, 
src/trackerd/{curia,depot,myconf}.[ch], src/libtracker, 
src/tracker-search-tool/sexy-icon-entry.[ch] is LGPL and no LGPL in the 
orig.tar.gz

Please get this fixed and reupload.
