Previous Ubuntu version contained the following changes:
  * debian/anjuta.install:
    + Also install the .desktop file
  * debian/control:
    + Add build dependency on gtksourceview
    + Add build dependencies on libsvn0-dev, libneon25-dev and libapr-dev

.desktop is now installed by the Debian version and the extra
dependencies no longer apply since this is a rollback to an older
upstream tree (since the 2.0 branch was hugely unstable).

In summary, all Ubuntu changes can be dropped.
