[ubuntu-ar] kernel panic al instalar ubuntu 14.04

Instale ubuntu 14.04 en una netbook Samsung NP-NC110 y todo marchaba de
maravilla termino la instalacion le doy reiniciar saco el usb para que no
botee nuevamente el instalador y aliniciarse ZAS pantalla negra (foto) 
La ultima linea dice  drm_kms_helper: Panic ocurred, switching  back to text
console.
El asunto es que la net no me da ni cinco de bola no logro ni apagarla ah
estado toda la noche asi. 
Que debo hacer, aqui esta la imagen.
