Por lo que vi estas usando los repositorios de feisty

Según https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases feisty dejo de tener soporte en
Octubre del 2008, puede que se haya borrado el árbol de paquetes del mirror.

Deberías actualizar o buscar el paquete en http://packages.ubuntu.com/ e
instalarlo a mano.
