Se me ocurren dos posibilidades
1) tenés la lista de pquetes desactualizada (se resuelve con un apt-get
update)
2) hay algún problema con el mirror (se resuelve cambiando el mirror del
repositorio)
y pareciera que hay algún problema con la clave criptográfica de los
paquetes, pero eso no estoy seguro cómo se resuelve.
