[ubuntu-ar] error 407 Proxy Authentication Required

Buenas , hoy de nuevo, tengo este error a ver si me pueden dar una mano q
realmente de linea de comandos entiendo muy poco
reciene stoy tratando de agarrarle la mano, el tema es el siguiente yo salgo
x el proxy perfecto navego y demas!!!
pero a la hora de abrir la consola cuando quiero hacer   $ sudo apt-get
update o si no $ sudo apt-get install sun-java6-fonts sun-java6-jre
sun-java6-plugin  me sale este error ...

hice ya el $ export http_proxy=http://ip:puerto

y no hay caso me sigue saliendo lo mismo!
