Esta perfecto janus. Aca colaboro con algo. 
De todas maneras mire en kernel org y el driver para nvidia esta.
Por otro lado me parece que hay mas de 1 problema, me parece que no
tiene que ver una cosa con la otra, el kernel de ubuntu puede no tener
el driver de nvidia, pero no creo que eso tenga que ver con el window
manager. 

Me parece que es todo producto de las dependencias que el instalo
previamente. Lo comento por que los desarrolladores son tan
"encantadores", por decirlo de alguna manera, no se si le van a dar bola
al reporte si pones todos los problemas como del kernel. No se si se
entendio lo que quise decir. Estoy dormido!

After update the kernel, it shows an error saying that I need to install
mousetweaks. 
I installed it a lot of dependences.

Now, after reboot, it shows an error message that I can't see. 

-The main problem is that I can't run any program as root, never shows
me the dialog of start session (X server).

-The mouse works some times and other not, I have to use the keyboard to
access the menus, etc. I can't launch any icon on the panel, because
when I click it, I get an mouse pointer to move it.

-The window manager isn't showing the control buttons (i.e.
maximize,minimize, close, etc).

-I have an onboard nvidia. Before I update my kernel, the device was
detected it without problems, but now it isn't showed in the
"restrictive drivers".
