how to submit my app to ubuntu

ok my application name was widgets
https://sourceforge.net/projects/allwidgets/ i have currently removed it
but i will re submit it the source code but my application is free and open
source so please mind that. this application is *not* for ubuntu app show
down
Secondly for the ubuntu app show down do i can still submit the source and
they will compile it and run in /opt i dont wnat to use quickly because of
python i tried python it is powerfles langauge for complex projects
