Hello, Chou.

I'm not member of ARB, but I have seen the details for your application in
developers.ubuntu.com.
Firstly, Have you noticed that the whole Ubuntu pages are in english? Now
go to Ubuntu software center. Open a famous app and see it's information.
It is also in english.

I think that this is your first problem in app. Not everyworld knows
chinese, but many people along the world knows english. Also, Canonical is
a business wich his first language is English, and it's on england (sorry,
on Man Island). Of course I'm not capable to understand the description of
your app.

Other thing I see is about your submitted app: You have uploaded a .txt
with a URL of the PPA! That's not the right way. You may submit a .deb
package, or if you have a PPA, say it on feedback, and the ARB will see it.
(At least I think!)

And a little detail. Where i can check the code? If his license is "other
open source", you need to be able to see the code (anywhere, in launchpad,
sourceforge, github, or even, in a .tar package).
