Where to submit "PPA url" on developer.ubuntu.com

Hi,
	If I'm not wrong, I should submit the url of PPA on
	developer.ubuntu.com, but on that site, it seems I still have to
	submit a package instead of the PPA url.

	Am I wrong ? I'm referring to the rules of Ubuntu App showdown.
