[Ubuntu-AE] Venue for the 4th November 2012 meeting

Recommend any place in Downtown Dubai area because it is central to all -
those living in Diera/SHJ and those in "New Dubai" areas (e.g.
Springs/Gardens).

Am sure there must be coffee shops in Dubai Mall with large seating areas,
that with some engagement with coffee shop management, should be feasible.

No specific place comes to mind though.

Open to suggestions.
