Hello,

We were never announcing our meeting in the past. This is the first time 
we have gone public with it. For the rest please wait for the website to 
come online and you will get most of your answers soon. We have not yet 
decided on the venue till now but as in the past might be Pavilion. I 
will confirm this tonight when I will send an invite to your group.
