Hi Omar, welcome to ubuntu. Firstly, we're just a ubuntu support list. 
We're not affiliated with Ubuntu or Canonical in any way, hence it's not 
"our" site you've downloaded the ubuntu iso from.

Did you check the checksum of the ISO you downloaded with the one posted 
on the download site? It might be a download image issue. If u're not 
sure on how to do this, please get in touch with me offlist and you can 
pick up a copy of Ubuntu 7.04 from me. However, you should know that 
version 7.10 would be available for download next month.
