SpeakUp in next Kernal

Hi all

Having caught up with my reading I see that SpeakUp has been accepted into
the current Release Candidate for the 2.6.37 kernal.

A couple of questions.

1.  Will this kernal be shipped in Ubuntu 11.04?
2.  Will the module be available for use?
3.  Does the SpeakUp module in the kernal differ greatly from the one
available through the Ubuntu repo's?
