When I booting Lucid final live CD, setting accessibility mode and press a Tab key and choose the install Ubuntu old menu item, Orca is not talking when installer is present

This is a known bug, which I spent quite a while trying to fix, with no luck. There are going to be a few changes in maverick, so maybe as a result of these changes, things will be better for accessibility with the install option, however I won't know till development is well under way.

Since I don't know exactly what is causing this bug, I don't know what package it should be reported against.
