When I booting Lucid final live CD, setting accessibility mode and press a Tab key and choose the install Ubuntu old menu item, Orca is not talking when installer is present

Hy List,

When I tryed only install ubuntu with following way, Orca is not talking 
the installer:
1. I press tab key when need to get back old menu style.
2. I choosed the language, and setted the accessibility mode with screen 
reader mode.
3. I choosed the install ubuntu menu item and press Enter key.
When the installer is present the display, Orca is not speak. If I use 
the try ubuntu menu item, Orca is wonderful talking and possible install 
the system fine with the desktop icon launch.

Luke, when I would like reporting this bug, this is an Ubiquity or 
casper related issue? Possible fix this problem under Lucid 10.04.2 
maintenance version or only Maverick Merkant?
