Apt Pinning

Hi, 

I want to prevent the gnome-orca package from lucid installing automatically.  Tried to setup a negative apt Pin-Priority but I think something is screwed up here.
 

 $ cat /etc/apt/preferences.d/ubuntu-gnome-orca-1 
Package: *
Pin release v=10.04
Pin-Priority: -1
