Accessibility bugs in Lucid have been tracked down

Hi Bill,

there are problems with the brltty in lucid. First i'm starting up my
machine and have no braille-support. so i changed my config and rebootet!
Brltty is now starting but it takes a long time about 2 3 minutes if it's
coming up. A strange thing is. brltty is comming up and my machine freezes.
Without the brltty all seems to work fine.
