reading web pages with orca

Hi, is there a way to get orca to read a whole web page. The say all doesn't seem to work for this.
The same seems to be the case in the help menus. I installed the script posted here a few days ago, and it works pretty good. However you have to read line by line. I have tried insert down arrow, and insert plus. Neither work to read a entire block of text.
