Accessibility in system documentation

Hi there,
Sorry if I've got the wrong list, but to be honest I don't understand
the distinction between this list and the related -devel list.
We'd quite like to include some material related to accessibility in
the topics on the front page of the Ubuntu Help System.
I've just been having a look at the Gnome Accessibility Guide, which
looks like it's the most obvious candidate for being used; however it
looks to me like it's rather outdated. Although I can deal with
improving the structure of it a bit, I need help from someone who uses
or is knowledgeable about assistive technologies for the technical
side.
Would anyone be prepared to do a thorough review of the Gnome
Accessibility Guide in order to update it for current GNOME? In
particular things like activating braille support look like they are
pretty hopelessly outdated.
Ubuntu's string freeze is in about a week, so we have very little
time, but any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
