I see where you are coming from, however, this is something that will
not be changed, due to both disk space on the CDs at a premium, and the
fact that most users won't need it anyway. If people really really want
to rebuild gnome-speech for any reason, they would likely know about
what dependencies are needed anyway. It is not hard to grab all
gnome-speech's dependencies by running "sudo apt-get build-dep
gnome-speech".

Festival is being removed.
