Hi all

As a quick fix suggestion, could the update manager, and other such tools,
have an audible "tick" on them whilst they are doing things like downloading
and installing, with a single chime between various significant events
followed by a multiple chime once finished?

Maybe a check box on the front screen to allow this to be activated, to
avoid annoying people, and maybe it being pre-set if assistive technologies
are active for the current user?

Any thoughts on this?
