Orca on laptops.

Go to the directory containing the 'orca' directory (i.e., the directory
you were in when you did a cvs co orca).  Then...

patch -p0 < capslock.patch

Or...wait until tomorrow and it will be in CVS unless someone has a
compelling reason to not do this.
