Announcing an accessibility support forum

Hi all,

The forum staff has been very helpful in setting up a new forum section 
specifically for  accessibility related questions (thanks Ryan!).

As our user base (hopefully) expands this should provide a good first 
place to stop in with questions regarding access tools or just Linux in 
general. The forums are of course ful of people with lots of general 
Linux/Ubuntu knowledge and some with specific accessibility knowledge as 
well.

Many of us will probably continue to rely most on the mailing lists, but 
others clearly prefer the forum format. So don't be shy :)
