Cool, so xcursor-themes is now in main. Luke, what conf settings do we need to load it as default on the high contrast boot option.

I expect we don't want it to show up by default in all desktop installs because it adds an extra 12 (!) pointers to the Mouse Preferences dialog. Do other users want that?
