[u-a-dev] [Bug 103620] po-onboard-settings translation template is not imported to Rosetta

Binary package hint: onboard

The source package includes two directories containing translatable
templates, po-onboard and po-onboard-settings, but only the po-onboard's
template is imported to Rosetta, to be translated for Feisty. Please
import the other one too.
