If we were to take this approach, we would have to assign a functino key
to all profiles, and as far as my understanding of gfxboot goes, one
would still have to press down arrow, and press enter to start the
install. As to how easy/feesable this is, I think Colin is probably in
the best position to comment. As for doing it, I think it would be
considered as a feature, and therefore an FFe will be eeded.
