Sorry to report that I'm not going to make the meeting tomorrow, I have a
conflict.

I'm supposed to be chairing tomorrow, with Łukasz as backup; and I think
Łukasz is also unlikely to make it tomorrow.  So perhaps you want to go
ahead and cancel the meeting tomorrow?
