LTS Qualification for Xubuntu 24.04

Thank you, this looks reasonably complete, and I believe is sufficient that
I would sign off on Xubuntu being included with LTS status for 3 years in
24.04.

During the Riga sprint, I had a discussion with members of the Security Team
about the fact that historically, there were some CVE tracking reports for
vulnerabilities affecting flavor-specific packages.  Unfortunately, those
reports have bit rotted, so we don't currently have them.  How do you expect
to become aware of security issues affecting your packages?  Do you have
examples of Xubuntu-affecting security issues in the past, to show how they
have been handled?

(This is not a blocker for LTS approval of Xubuntu.)
