LTS Qualification for Xubuntu 24.04

Hello Technical Board,

I'd like to qualify Xubuntu 24.04 as an LTS release, supported for 3 years.
Key contacts include myself (bluesabre), Unit193, and Pasi Lallinaho
(knome). We have several other active members of the team, but the three of
us generally drive the project, with myself and Unit193 having full upload
permissions to support the LTS release.

Our support plan is generally limited to security and bug fixes for the
Xfce package set, but our team also maintains packaging for several
applications and have sponsored patches for e.g. blueman in the past.

Please let us know if there's any additional information needed to proceed.
