UbuntuKylin 24.04 LTS Qualification

Hi,  Technical Board,

On behalf of Ubuntu Kylin, we'd like to qualify for LTS status for 24.04.

We have successfully managed the status from 13.04 to 23.10,
We believe the current team can equally manage the LTS period for 24.04 for 3 years.Regards,handsome_feng
