And for the record, the technical-board mailing list is moderated for
purposes of spam prevention.  I make an effort to process the moderation
queue every day I'm at work, and unless I mistake something for spam,
legitimate messages get let through.

The Technical Board is a slow and deliberative body, but we don't aim to be
unapproachable.
