TB meeting today raised a discussion and vote on Robie's proposed "About
This List" description (see https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/technical-
board/2021-January/002532.html)

The TB was quorate today and would like us or IS to update the TB list
with the specified wording.

With the CC having ML admin for the TB list, this falls upon us to
revise, and teward will spearhead that change within the next few days.
