Ubuntu Governance catchup

Hello everyone,

You've probably all seen an invite to your respective teams inviting you
to have a catchup with the CC. In addition to those we thought it would
be beneficial to have one meeting with representatives from all of the
governance teams in the project.

With that in mind, we've scheduled a meeting for Thursday, May 19th at
1700 UTC in the #ubuntu-meeting IRC channel. If you would like to work
on an agenda ahead of time, we can setup an etherpad document or wiki
page for that.
